Booking Guidelines:
Booking start and end times are inclusive of setup and breakdown time. Guests may move furniture and are responsible for returning the space to its original condition. Built-ins shall not be removed. Guests are responsible for damages to the structure, equipment and furnishings. No open flames or use of fireplace without permission from owner. No smoking, vaping or illicit drug use on the property. No pets allowed indoors. Pets on leash outdoors and cleaned up after. Children must be supervised at all times. Music must not be audible outside. No loose debris such as glitter, petals, confetti or smoke bombs. No use of scented sprays or perfumes. Outside catering is allowed. Serving of alcohol ONLY allowed with permit. The renter agrees to pay any fines which result from violations caused by the event or the event's patrons, guests, vendors, or staff. The renter assumes responsibility for attaining the proper permits, if any, to legally hold the event at the home. Owners or management reserve the right to enter the property at any time.

Damage and Cleaning:
Guests are responsible for damages incurred to the rental property, including but not limited to: spills, scratches, excessive wear, marks, or stains on furniture, fixtures, floors, or painted surfaces. Any modifications, such as painting or nailing into walls, floors, or ceilings, are strictly prohibited and will be considered damage. Guests must ensure that the rented space is returned to its original condition by the end of the rental period. Any trash should be placed in the provided receptacles. Oversized trash must be taken with you.

Cleaning Fee and Damages:
In the event that the rented space is not returned in an acceptable condition, the guest agrees to the following charges:

A minimum cleaning fee of $100, based on the amount of time required to clean the rented space at a rate of $100 per hour. The cost to repair and replace any damage caused by the group to the space, furnishings, and equipment therein.

Notification of Damage:
If, upon accessing the rented space, Guests discover any damage to furnishings, equipment, or the structure itself, it is their responsibility to promptly contact the property owner or manager to report the issue.

Security Cameras and Recording Devices:
Security cameras monitor the outside spaces to ensure safety and security. Recording devices in bathrooms or dressing rooms are prohibited.
